Nothing in our shop sits on a shelf waiting to be sold — it gets built after you hit order. That changes how returns work here, so take a minute to read this before you check out.
Once your name, logo, or design has gone onto it, that piece belongs to your order alone — it can't come back or get swapped out.
Ordered something straight off the shelf with no printing or embroidery on it? That's still eligible for a size or item exchange.
Not sure how it'll turn out? Order a single piece to hold in your hands before we run the rest of your team's order.
When something's genuinely wrong on our end, you'll get a new one made, a corrected run, or credit toward what's next — not a refund to your card.
You've got 7 business days from the moment your package lands to tell us something's off. After that, we can't step in.
There's no warehouse of extra jerseys behind us — your name, your numbers, your logo go onto blank stock only after you give the green light. That's exactly why we can't take pieces back or trade them out once they've been approved and sent into production. If you're on the fence about how something will come out, ask for a single piece before committing your whole roster to it. Seeing the real thing beats guessing from a screen.
Signing off on your order means you've looked it over and you're good with what's there. Past that point, we can't take on responsibility for a look you're unhappy with if it matches what you actually approved — sizing choices, color picks, and layout included.
If what you ordered never went near a printer or an embroidery machine — a blank item bought as-is — that's not locked to your order the way custom pieces are. Wrong size, changed your mind on color, whatever the reason: reach out within the same 7 business days and we'll get you sorted with an exchange, as long as it's still unused and in its original condition. This doesn't apply once a design has been added — at that point it falls under the custom rules above.
We're not set up to hand back cash. If our team looks into a complaint and finds the mistake sits with us, the fix comes in one of a few forms: a fresh piece made correctly, a corrected reprint of the run, or a balance added to your account you can put toward a future order.
Check your order the day it shows up. If anything looks wrong — damage, a printing slip-up, the wrong item entirely — get in touch inside 7 business days of it arriving. Past that window, we won't have a way to make it right.
Email us and lay out exactly what's wrong, and attach photos if the issue is something visible. From there, we'll dig into your production file and shipping records to see what actually happened.
A design can only print as sharp as the file behind it. Pull an image off a webpage, screenshot something, or send over a heavily squeezed file, and it can come out fuzzy or blocky even when we've printed it exactly as given — that's not something we're able to file under our mistake. We'll let you know before checkout if a file looks too small to print cleanly, so you have the chance to swap it before it's too late. Moving ahead with it anyway means you're fine with how it prints.
Need to tweak or scrap an order? Reach out right away. Anything that hasn't gone into production yet can still be changed or canceled at no cost. Once the printer or embroidery machine is running, though, that window's closed — the materials and time are already spent.
Drop us your order number, tell us what happened, and attach photos if you can. We'll take it from there.
