The short version: order what you need, tell us the truth about what you're allowed to print, and we'll get it made right. Here's the full version.
Placing an order with CAP Sportswear, whether through the website or a quote request, means you're agreeing to everything on this page along with our Returns & Exchanges policy. If something here doesn't sit right with you, reach out before ordering — we're happy to talk it through.
Almost everything we sell is produced after you order it, not pulled off a shelf. Once you approve a proof, mockup, or order detail, that's your sign-off to move into production — please check names, numbers, spelling, colors, and placement carefully before giving the go-ahead. Turnaround times we quote are estimates based on current production volume, not guarantees, and can shift with order size, holidays, or supply delays. We'll keep you posted if anything changes.
We also reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at any point — before or during production — if something about it looks off, whether that's a payment issue, an unclear design file, or content that runs into the ownership and content rules below. If that happens after payment, you'll be refunded for the canceled portion.
Any logo, artwork, photo, or design you upload for printing or embroidery needs to be something you actually have the right to use. By uploading it, you're telling us you own it, you have permission to use it, or it's otherwise free to print — and that doing so won't infringe on anyone else's trademark, copyright, or other rights.
We're not able to verify ownership on every file that comes through, so if a design turns out to belong to someone else, that's on the person who submitted it — not us. Should a claim, dispute, or legal request ever come our way over something a customer uploaded, we'll expect that customer to cover any resulting costs and to help sort it out.
We also reserve the right to refuse to print anything that's clearly illegal, hateful, obscene, or infringing on someone else's rights, at our own discretion.
Mockups and previews on the site are approximations — actual print colors, placement, and material texture can vary slightly depending on your screen, the garment, and the printing or embroidery method used. Small variations like this aren't treated as errors on our end; see our Returns & Exchanges page for what does qualify.
Prices shown on the site are current at the time you view them and can change without notice, though anything you've already paid for is locked in at the price you were charged. Payment is due in full at the time of order unless we've agreed to other terms in writing (common for larger team or bulk orders). Once production has started on your order, the charge for it is considered earned regardless of the outcome of any later dispute, subject to the resolutions described in our returns policy.
Shipping estimates are provided by the carrier and aren't a guarantee — once a package leaves our hands, delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control. If something arrives visibly damaged from shipping, follow the process in our Returns & Exchanges policy.
Don't use this site to do anything illegal, to try to access parts of it you're not meant to, or to interfere with how it runs for other people. Everything on this site — text, graphics, logos, and layout — belongs to CAP Sportswear unless stated otherwise, and isn't there for you to copy or reuse without asking first.
We work hard to get every order right, but to the extent allowed by law, CAP Sportswear isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your order or use of this site — think lost event dates or missed team deadlines rather than the cost of the order itself. Our responsibility for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that can't be resolved directly between us falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Osceola County, Florida.
We may update this page from time to time as our processes change. The version live on the site at the time you place an order is the one that applies to it.
Reach out any time — we'd rather clear something up before you order than after.
We're glad to walk through any of this before you place an order.
